This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit our sites, contact us, or work with us as a client.
By using our sites, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our sites.
We collect two types of information on our sites: personal information and non-personal information.
Personal information is information that identifies you as an individual. This includes information you provide to us directly, such as:
• Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and job title
• Information you submit through our contact form, including the details of your inquiry
• Communications you send to us by email or other channels
Non-personal information is information that does not identify you as an individual, such as your browser type, IP address, device information, the pages you view, and the websites you visit before or after ours. We collect some of this automatically when you use our sites.
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request

• Analyze website usage and the performance of our marketing
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
Information you give us. When you fill out a form or contact us, we collect the details you provide. We indicate which fields are required.
Cookies. Our sites use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our sites, remember preferences, and compile statistics such as which pages are visited. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when a cookie is set; some parts of our sites may not work properly if you do. We may also use third-party analytics and marketing tools, which may collect information about your use of our sites over time and across other websites.
IP addresses. Our servers may log your IP address for system administration, security, troubleshooting, and aggregate reporting, such as how many people visited our sites.
Pixels. We may use embedded pixels or similar technologies on our sites and in our emails to count unique visits and to understand whether an email was opened. This information may be associated with the recipient’s email address.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, CRM, email, and analytics providers, who are required to protect it
• Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary
• Courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law, or when needed to protect our rights, property, or users, or to investigate fraud or illegal activity
• A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
When we provide services to clients, we may process data on their behalf within their systems. That processing is governed by our agreements with those clients, and the client’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect against loss, misuse, or alteration. No transmission over the internet or any wireless network is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us, and you do so at your own risk.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Our sites do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our sites after changes are posted means you accept them. Changes will not affect how we use personal information you provided before the change.
